Young people who are estranged from their family, or leaving care, and planning to study at 菠萝视频 (BU) this September can now apply for an accommodation scholarship from the Unite Foundation.
BU and Unite Students already work together to provide accommodation in Purbeck House halls of residence, and BU is proud to now be one of just 18 universities recently selected to award the accommodation scholarship from the Unite Foundation.
The accommodation scholarship will provide students with a rent-free university home in Purbeck House for three years.
Applicants must be under 25-years of age, a care-leaver or estranged from their family, and have been offered a place to study at 菠萝视频 this September.聽 Applications need to be submitted to BU鈥檚 Outreach team by 12pm on 31 May.
Those awarded the scholarship will also have access to other opportunities through the Unite Foundation鈥檚 sponsors, such as work placements, mentoring and activities to help students make the most of their university experience. 聽
