BU鈥檚 Dr Catherine Gutmann Roberts and Plymouth University PhD student Thomas Stamp delivered a keynote talk at the Bombay Natural History Society (BNHS) on the use of telemetry in river, estuary and marine studies.
Drawing on her research on migration ecology, Dr Gutmann Roberts delivered the lecture to the crowd in India, looking at her work on the effects of climate change on migration timing and how technology plays its part in understanding these ecosystems.
Speaking after the event, Unmesh Katwate, fish researcher from the BNHS said, 鈥淭he whole event was awesome, the hall was full for the inspiring talk from Catie. It was great to see university knowledge translated for the audience to hear.鈥�
